MARQUES C. LIPTON
Mr. Lipton has been a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy and business topics including at the 2018 American Bankruptcy Institute Consumer Bankruptcy Forum, 2016 New England Bankruptcy Law Conference and the 2015 American Bankruptcy Institute Consumer Bankruptcy Forum. In 2019, Marques was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Attorney Lipton has published numerous articles on bankruptcy related topics including for organizations such as the American Bankruptcy Institute, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the Boston Bar Association.
