As a long-time single mother, I had so many fears about how bankruptcy would affect me and my ability to provide a good future moving forward for myself and my sons. I also had a huge burden of guilt even though most of my debt had to do with raising my sons and trying to provide the best life for them that I possibly could in such an expensive state (Massachusetts). I had been thinking about declaring bankruptcy for several years, and if I had met Marques sooner, I would have declared it sooner! He is a professional, communicative, knowledgeable lawyer, who relieved all my fears and NEVER added to my guilt or negative feelings. In fact, he consistently reminded me that the whole point is to start over with a new future, which is the entire purpose of why bankruptcy laws exist in the first place.
